When you submit a quote request or enquiry on this site, Double Bay Removals collects the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number, the details of your move, and any message you include. We send it to our partner removalist, who contacts you and quotes for your move. We are paid for the referral.

How we use it

We use your information only to respond to your enquiry and, if you proceed, to arrange and carry out your move. We do not use it to send you unrelated marketing.

Your enquiry goes to our partner removalist, who quotes for your move and may share the details with the crew handling your job. We are paid for the referral.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for a reasonable period to allow us to respond to follow-up questions and maintain a record of the service. If your enquiry does not proceed to a booking we will not retain your details indefinitely.

Cookies and analytics

This site may use basic analytics to understand how visitors find and use it. No personal information is shared with analytics providers beyond standard browsing data (pages visited, browser type, approximate region). We do not use advertising tracking or remarketing cookies.
