When you submit a quote request or enquiry on this site, Double Bay Removals collects the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number, the details of your move, and any message you include. We collect this information so we can prepare your quote and respond to your enquiry.

How we use it

We use your information only to respond to your enquiry and, if you proceed, to arrange and carry out your move. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use it to send you unrelated marketing.

Who sees it

Your enquiry is received by the Double Bay Removals team. For the purposes of arranging and fulfilling your move, your details may be shared with the removalist crew handling your job. They receive only what they need to do the work.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for a reasonable period to allow us to respond to follow-up questions and maintain a record of the service. If your enquiry does not proceed to a booking we will not retain your details indefinitely.

Cookies and analytics

This site may use basic analytics to understand how visitors find and use it. No personal information is shared with analytics providers beyond standard browsing data (pages visited, browser type, approximate region). We do not use advertising tracking or remarketing cookies.
